The coaching I practices is a collaborative, solutions-focused process designed to facilitate positive change for the individual and achieve better results for the business.

I help you and/or your team clearly define  your / their overall vision, goals, strategic points of focus, milestones and success criteria as part of an overall developmental plan used to achieve and track progress. I act as a personal sounding board and partner for my clients, helping them achieve the results they want, faster.

I am a proven business leader in providing service and guidance across the different aspects of sales, operations, and administration of organizations. My principles are grounded in the servant leadership style and I know my responsibility is to serve and grow others. I consider myself a steward who will share my successful experience in service and to contribute to the learning and development of all who are entrusted to me. My coaching niche focuses on supporting leadership in organizations that are working to embrace servant leadership.
