Self Description I am open minded, thoughtful, intuitive, and continuously working towards being my most authentic self. Letting go of fears and embracing what I want to do, be, and have on a daily basis is foundational for my coaching, allowing me to have greater understanding and compassion for what is required by others in making strong, positive strides forward.
In addition, I have significant experience in the practicalities of business-including organizational structure, marketing, financial management, and the management of people resources.
GoalsI consider myself a life-long learner and am always seeking the next stretch in my own personal growth. As such, I place great value on communicating well, and have been trained in the principles of non-violent communication (NVC).
I greatly admire the thought of listening to understand first and be understood second.

Interest I greatly enjoy the wilderness and the great outdoors, traveling, gardening and all things plants, yoga, meditation, spending time with good friends, and being creative. Most recently, I've enjoyed building websites both professionally and as a creative outlet.

CoachingMethodsCoaching is a specific process of interactions over a period of time that encourages a shift in who you are, what you do, and how you do it. By stimulating new thoughts and ideas, coaching allows a broader array of actions than before. By offering a respectful, inquiring form of conversation and listening, coaching expands your ability to make significant changes, move forward in new areas and have more of what you want in your life.
Several things help ensure the greatest results from coaching:
- Complete a coaching agreement, which outlines the nature of coaching, client and coach expectations, the coaching schedule, and confidentiality.
- Commit to three-months of coaching initially.
- Prepare for each session by reflecting on what progress has been made and then considering how you would like to use the upcoming session.
Most coaching is conducted by telephone but may be held in person (Oregon) or by Skype. Sessions are scheduled at a regular and mutually-agreed upon time 2-3 weeks each month.
Coaching sessions are strictly confidential. No information provided during coaching sessions will be discussed with anyone else without your permission. LocationsPhone
