Specialties

Gina is fluent in Spanish. Therefore, all coaching sessions may be conducted in Spanish. Gina is a certified graduate of Coach U and an active member of the International Coach Federation. She is a best selling author of "The Gratitude Book Project: Celebrating 365 Days of Gratitude" and is also currently co-authoring a book entitled "Mastering the Art of Success" which also includes such notable authors as Mark Victor Hansen, Jack Canfield, and Les Brown. Gina is also a Keynote Speaker at various conferences, seminars, and events as well as Examiner.com's Long Beach Career Coach.

    I am President and Founder of Elevate U Coaching.  As a Career Coach, Keynote Speaker, Trainer and Author, I specialize and am committed to transforming clients' career and business challenges into effortless breakthroughs they can use to affect their own professional and personal success and satisfaction; thus, making a daily difference in their lives.

    With two decades of notable experience in the corporate world and my own adventures as an entrepreneur, I've lived the challenges and sudden changes in each arena and can speak from experience.  My wide-ranging professional background includes a CPA license, Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and Coaching Certification, plus memberships in the prestigious International Coach Federation, Employee Relocation Council and Society for Human Resource Management.
    Qualities & Strengths

    Elevate U Coaching was founded by Gina Crittenden. As a Career and Business Coach, she works with career professionals, high potential leaders and emerging leaders, expatriate executives, expatriate spouses, and entrepreneurs who find themselves in conflict against the barriers to realizing their maximum potential.

    She began her career as a C.P.A. working for a "Big 4" Public Accounting firm. After three tax seasons, she came to the conclusion it was time to pursue a different challenge and take her career in a different direction.

    After obtaining her Master's in Human Resources, she spent the next 10 years as an H.R. Executive specializing in international expansion and global mobility, policy design and implementation, training and development, vendor management, and business development. It was the experience in global mobility that most closely resembled coaching as we know it today.

    After spending much of her career working in a leadership capacity for and with Fortune 100 companies, it was time for her next challenge. She decided to take the leap of faith and head out on an entrepreneurial adventure! After running her successful consulting firm for 5 years, she decided it was time to share her diverse knowledge and experience in a way where she could help others achieve similar successes. Thus, Elevate U Coaching was born
