Sometimes there are lines in relationships that we cross, work, social or personal, major or minor, that put us off balance in life. Yet I realie that it was you, your exceptional 'listening' skills, not only to the verbal communication, but also your ability to read between the lines, to hear the words unspoken, to gauge, and weigh, and then walk me through those times when all I wanted to do was shut down. I never felt you push me. You set in motion my recognizing the risk in failure to act, yet gently and subtly led me to question, to seek within myself, and then to find. All of this done so skilfully that I didn't know it was happening, when it was happening.
