I strive to make the whole coaching experience rewarding, challenging, and exciting; my clients tell me our time together in conversation is warm, comforting, relaxing, and the best time in their hectic lives to reflect and plan. You will be unconditionally supported during our coaching relationship, and I will commit to being entirely present for you when we meet.

I have served in the roles of Senior Project Manager, Operations Director, Department Director, Strategic Relationship Manager, and Human Resources Coordinator. I attribute my success to being a student of Servant Leadership, and focusing on employee development and empowerment.

    (Privately Held; 201-500 employees; Civil Engineering industry) 2003 - 2006 (3 years) Developed, nurtured, and maintained business alliances with companies that offered complimentary services/products to Schneider's marketplace.

    (Privately Held; 201-500 employees; Information Technology and Services industry) 1999 - 2003 (4 years) Grew an emerging business unit from a small, dependent team into a Midwestern leader in the application of GIS technology through superior consulting experiences and customer service.
