This broad combination of business and holistic backgrounds makes Asa uniquely qualified to understand and navigate the complexities of a modern working environment.

In the field of professional training, her experience is structured as follows: 1990 to 1998 she developed and held lectures and programs for thousands of individuals in group sizes of up to seventy people. The programs were centered around building personal power, as well as how to change limiting circumstances through a combination of conscious choice and right action. From 1999 she has offered coaching to a select number of high profile individuals and small groups, mainly in the area of business and leadership. From 2001 she has coached and trained many, many hundreds of clients, individually or in groups of up to three hundred people. As an executive coach and mentor she assists leaders in in setting and reaching new goals in business and leadership. Asa Levin has founded the Luminosa Institute to offer services relating to human potential. As an example, in 1999 the founder and managing director of a Swedish company employed Asa Levin as a coach and advisor during a particulary challenging period. The increase of managerial and corporate efficiency was remarkable. Turnover increased 60 % in the three-year period following Ms Levin's initial intervention. Profitability soared, turning the losses around 15 million EURO in 1999 into a 8 million EURO profit in 2005.
