    I as so many of you have been on an ever evolving path.  I have come to realize that most people that are on a conscious path of self development and self empowerment are constantly changing and raising their vibration. 

    We recognize what does not or is not working for us and we don't go there any more or we don't do that anymore or we don't associate with those people anymore.  

    Whether we want to admit it or not we really are in this life for ourselves ultimately.   We may live our life for our children or our spouse or our vocation or neighborhood or charity however; bottom line -- it really is for our self.  

    Our personal growth and what gives us joy and happiness -- it is about the feeling we get when we are living our highest vibration, when we are doing what gives us joy -- that is when we have peace and are fulfilled. 

    To be constantly on a path of raising our vibration and being joyous -   think of the most joyous moment of your entire life -- that is what I want for you forever -- each and every day  -- this can be acheived -- this is a wondrous goal.
