    Background

    Sheri E. Ross, an Executive and Business Coach, is Director of the Business Development for CoachInc.com, the premier coach training institution. She also serves as a career coach in the Pepperdine University Career Coaching Program. She served as VP of Sales and Marketing for two start-ups from 1997 to 2001. From 1984 to 1997 she served in various turnaround capacities at GTE Corporation encompassing market research, MIS, sales, operations, finance and project management. She culminated her career with GTE as the Vice President and General Manager of 300 person branch office selling, engineering, installing and maintaining voice, data and video products and services as well as Internet access and hosting to large business and government accounts. Prior to focusing on a career in the business world, she practiced labor law representing employers in collective bargaining, arbitration, and administrative and federal court litigation. She also prosecuted violations of federal law at the National Labor Relations Board.
